Confindustria Lecce, as part of the INERRANT Plus cross-border project, organizes the meeting on "Best Practice for the implementation of new training models for companies" on Wednesday, May 17 from 10 to 16 at Palazzo Gallone in Tricase.

The appointment represents the final event of the INERRANT Plus project, the capitalization of the results of the initiatives that have seen Italy, Albania and Montenegro engaged in the creation of a matching platform of research, training and internationalization excellence. This structure will promote the best practices of continuous training, as a form of learning that contributes to increasing knowledge, skills and competences for professional and personal growth. During the meeting, Confindustria Lecce will systematize with its Italian, Albanian and Montenegrin partners the examples of excellence in the training field as well as the innumerable opportunities linked to the world of training, which will contribute and are contributing to the growth and synergistic development of businesses and of the reference territories.

The program of the event, after the greetings of Antonio De Donno, mayor of Tricase, of Nicola Delle Donne, regent president of Confindustria Lecce, of Sebastiano Leo, Councilor for Training and Employment of the Puglia Region, of Davide Marcianò, JS Authority, provides for the start of the first session of work on the topic of good practices in the training field. Speakers: Marco Chitano, Life and Business Coach and representatives of the following companies: DFV Srl; Emmegiemme Shoes Srl; Forno Pronto Srl; Leo Shoes Srl; Marevivo Srl; San Demetrio Srl; TR Inox Srl.

A round table will follow with the presidents of the Sections of Confindustria Lecce who will discuss the evolution of training in the various production sectors.

The morning's work will be closed by speeches by Albanian and Montenegrin companies which will illustrate the initiatives carried out for the growth of human resources.
In the afternoon, the interventions of the representatives of the Tricase Employment Center will alternate on "the new training models for businesses"; of Dhitech Scarl; of the ITS Mechatronics "Antonio Cuccovillo"; of ITS MI.TI. Fashion.

The day will be closed by Danilo Martino, project manager of Confindustria Lecce.
